Payment

We accept cash, debit cards, Mastercard, Visa, Afterpay and Zip Pay. (There is a small surcharge for all eftpos transactions.)

Deposits

We sometimes ask for a small deposit (including all Sunday and Public Holiday appointments) which is deducted from the cost of your service on the day. It is fully refundable or may be credited to another appointment if you provide 24 hours’ notice (please see Cancellation Policy). If you don’t wish to pay a deposit, you are welcome to come in without an appointment - a stylist may be available to see you right away.

Cancellation Policy

We realise things change and sometimes you will need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We will have dedicated time to your appointment, so would appreciate it if you could let us know that you’re not able to make it. You can respond to the sms you receive, confirming your appointment, or message via facebook, call us or email.

If you have paid a deposit, it is fully refundable or can to be used for your rescheduled appointment when you give us 24 hours’ notice that you can’t make it. Thanks for your consideration.
